3.2. Same-day delivery applies only to orders placed within the designated time frame.
3.3. Customers can opt for store pickup where applicable.
3.4. Delivery fees may apply and will be calculated at checkout.
4. Refunds & Returns
4.1. Due to the perishable nature of seafood products, refunds and returns are not accepted unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
4.2. If you receive an incorrect or damaged order, please report the issue within 24 hours with proof (photo evidence) for resolution.
4.3. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 5-7 business days.
